Products are shipped as soon as possible after the order is received. Please bear with us as we may be away at a convention.
All items are dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail and a certificate of posting can be provided upon request.
LOST ITEMS
Tracked Shipping Method
When the purchaser chooses a shipping option that specifically states that it is tracked, we accept the liability for items that are not delivered. Royal Mail require that up 25 working days from the expected delivery date are allowed before a claim can be made. After this time, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement item.
All Other Shipping Methods
When the purchaser chooses a shipping option that does not specifically state that it is tracked, we do not accept the liability for items that are not delivered. Royal Mail require that up 25 working days from the expected delivery date are allowed before a claim can be made. After this time, we can submit a claim to Royal Mail for the lost item. If we receive a compensation from Royal Mail, we will offer a refund of this amount or a replacement item.
